Refund policy
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. Thank you for your understanding!
Please note that the following situations are not considered as product quality issues:
- There may be some color difference between the photo and the real object due to the difference in lighting, computer monitor color difference, or personal understanding of color. It can’t be considered as quality issues.
- The product details page provides the standard body size chart/physical tile measurement size for your reference only; due to manual measurement, different batches or personal measurement method standards, there may be slight differences with your measurement results.
All claims for damages/defects must be submitted in writing to vanmomnews@outlook.com or contact Wechat at vanmomnews within 48 hours of receiving the items.
Please note all shipping fees incurred when sending the order out are non-refundable and all returns are done at the customer’s expense. Refused shipments and shipments not picked up at shipping address are considered returns and are subject to return shipping charges.
Vanmomnews reserves the right to cancel and/or not ship an order at any time.

收到包裹后，请在第一时间检查质量和数量。若有破损，请在收到货后48小时内邮件联系vanmomnews@outlook.com，或联系微信客服（微信号：vanmomnews）提交退货申请，客服会根据真实情况判定是否通过申请。
请注意，所有运费均不予退还，所有退货费用均由客户承担。拒收的货物和未在收货地址取货的货物被视为退货，并需支付退货运费。
