Shipping policy
Currently, we only ship within Canada. We can not ship to P.O.Box addresses.
* Shipping fees are subject to change. Orders may qualify for additional shipping charges depending on the size and bulk of the order. Customers will always be contacted before any such charge is added.
* Return Shipping Costs: We do not assume return shipping costs. Customers will be responsible for all return shipping costs.
*Please note all shipping fees incurred when sending the order out are non-refundable and all returns are done at the customer’s expense.
Refused shipments and shipments not picked up at shipping depots are considered returns and are subject to return shipping charges.
目前，我们只在加拿大境内发货, 不能运送到邮政信箱地址。

退货运费：我们不承担退货运费，所有运费均不予退还，客户将负责所有退货运费。拒收的货物和未在收货地址取货的货物被视为退货，并需支付退货运费。
Cancellation
We process online orders as quickly as possible. To cancel your order please call us at 647-496-1800 or email us at vanmomnews@outlook.com with your order number. If your order has been processed and picked up by carrier, your order will not be able to cancel anymore.

FREE shipping on order over $169 CAD (before tax) in Metro Vancouver including locations (Richmond, Vancouver, Burnaby, New Westminster, Surrey, White Rock,Coquitlam, Delta, Langley, Port Moody,Maple Ridge ).
Orders below $169 CAD (before tax) are subject to a $10.99 economy shipping fee.

在大温哥华地区订单满 $169 加元（税前）即可享受免费送货服务，包括里士满、温哥华、本拿比、新威斯敏斯特、素里、白石、高贵林、三角洲、兰利、穆迪港、枫树岭地区。
低于 $169 加元（税前）的订单需支付 $10.99 的运费。

Free shipping on order over $160 CAD (before tax) for Usborne Books in Canada
Usborne 专区图书享受税前购满$160 刀全加包邮服务。
OUTSIDE Metro Vancouver:
FREE Canada shipping on orders of $199 CAD (before tax) or more excluding remote & difficult serve location.
The free shipping will not be applied to your order if the products have a special or promotion price or are large in size. You will always be contacted before any such charge is added.
Orders below $199 (before tax) are subject to a $18 economy shipping fee.
All orders require at least 2-5 business days of processing time unless otherwise noted on the product page.
