📌 课程与退款政策 | Class & Refund Policy

1.One caregiver per child is required to stay and actively participate throughout the class.

每位小朋友需由一位家长或照护者全程陪同，并积极参与课堂活动。

2.Semester enrollments can be cancelled for a full refund (minus a 6% processing fee) up to 5 business days before the first class. After that, tuition is non-refundable and non-transferable. Missed classes or absences are not eligible for refunds.

学期课程可于第一节课开始前至少5个工作日申请取消，可退还学费（需扣除6%手续费）。超过此期限后，课程费用恕不退款、不可转让。因请假、缺课等个人原因未能参加课程，恕不补退费用。

3.Single drop-in classes are non-refundable and non-transferable, so please make sure the date you choose works with your schedule before registering.

单次体验课一经报名，恕不退款或改期，请在报名时确认所选日期符合您的时间安排。

4.A minimum of 8 enrolled students is required for a class to run. If the minimum enrollment is not met, the class will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued. Invite your friends to join the fun!

每期课程需至少8位学员报名方可开班。如未达到最低开班人数，我们将全额退款。欢迎邀请朋友一起报名，让课堂更热闹、更有趣！

5.Sibling discounts are only available for siblings living in the same household and may not be used for nanny shares. Each child must register separately unless they are siblings from the same family.

兄弟姐妹优惠仅适用于居住在同一家庭的亲生或法定兄弟姐妹，不适用于多个家庭共请保姆（Nanny Share）的情况。除同一家庭的兄弟姐妹外，每位孩子均需单独报名。
